Design the new cups!
The ARCHA+ space in cooperation with Budějovice Budvar is looking for talented young designers to enliven our music events. We are announcing an open call for the design of returnable cups!
What we expect from you:
Original design:
we are looking for original design proposals that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also perfectly reflect the spirit of ARCHA+. We want the design to appeal to the younger generation and contribute to creating a dynamic and inspiring environment at ARCHA+. It can be an original graphic design, illustration or photography.

Your design will reach a wide audience who will appreciate your unique style. Your work will not only be an inspiration to others, but also a great opportunity to get involved in the cultural scene and leave your mark on the ARCHA+ community.
Attractive rewards:
1st place: 10 000 CZK + 100 beers for you and your friends at the ARCHA+ bar and café. In addition, the production of cups with your design.
2nd place: 10 000 CZK + 100 beers for you and your friends at the bar and in the ARCHA+ café.
3rd place: 3.000,- CZK and a beer prize
Required elements:
Mentioning 'ARCHA+' and 'Budvar 33': you are free to create the design, but don't forget to include ARCHA+ and Budvar 33. You can use the original logos (see downloadable materials) or just go with them, try a variation or create your own graphic or typographic elements that clearly reference them.The word 'Budvar' and the digits '33' must always be clear.
Colour limitations: the colour scheme is limited to 4 colours for each design. The word 'Budvar' and the numeral '33' must be used only and exclusively in red or black or a combination thereof.
Respect the technical conditions:It is important to read the printing conditions in the manufacturer's manual before you start designing your design.
Print size:
0.5l cup: 130 × 110 mm
Don't be afraid to experiment
Presenting the design in the form of a visualisation will certainly help, but a strong idea can shine without it.
If you're not sure how to create the final print data, our graphic designers can help. The key is to have an original design concept!

We promised you that we would announce the winning designs today. But we're finding that we need a little more time to evaluate so many cool designs. So we ask for a little more patience as we want to go through them as responsibly as possible!

Competition rules
The competition is open to persons over 18 years of age.
The entries will be evaluated by an expert jury consisting of ARCHY+ designers, representatives of the national brewery Budvar and other members:

We will be happy to interview the winner or runner-up and publish it on our social media to celebrate the success and inspire other talents!
By submitting a design, you agree that all designs may be published in a future exhibition in the ARCHA+ space.
