Vosto5 + God Save the Drama Queen: Stand'art climate

Přístav 18600 Culture for Future free admission
What happens when you combine unrestrained theatrical improvisation, environmental themes and two generations of top-class performers? You’ll find out at the unique evening event ‘Stand’artní klima’ at Přístav 18600.

On one stage, the fierce energy of youth from God Save the Drama Queen will meet the legendary bards of the Czech improvisation scene, Vosto5. Both groups will create stories with an environmental theme right before your very eyes, without any preparation. You can look forward to an evening full of humour, quick-witted reactions, and society-wide topics. Who’s putting on the show?

Vosto5: Stand’art cabaret with a green twist

Ondar, Petar, Tomina, Jura and Kurt will showcase their very best improvisational skills! Nothing more, nothing less. This time, they’ll be tuning their famous sketches and sharp humour to the theme of ecology and sustainability.

God Save the Drama Queen (GSDQ)

Is it possible to inject humour into such pressing issues as the climate crisis? What kind of world might we dream of living in together? This all-female group creates a space for playfulness, humour and sharing as a way of coming to terms with the world. They credit British director Lucy Wray, who specialises in climate dramaturgy, for inspiring this reflection.

The event is organised by the Culture for Future platform in collaboration with Přístav 18600.
